[tsc-devel] Marked more tasks release 2.0...

I marked more tasks as release 2.0 (mostly graphics tasks and the music task).  There probably are a couple more tasks that could technically be marked 2.0 (ie name of the hero and the overarching Mario graphics replacement task), but I left those alone for the moment.
