To be clear and to prove that answering from the mailinglist works, the
syntax looks like this in plain email of course:

~~~~~~~~~~~~ ruby
def foo
end
~~~~~~~~~~~~

That is, in your mails of course you only use one level of tilde
characters.

Forum markup is handed to the mailinglist as-is.
