[tsc-devel] New Artist Recruitment?

I'm really glad Bugsbane has come to help out and that Bodhi is interested in helping, and I'm hoping we can convince Mr. Vertigo to help again.
I'd like to try to put out a call for some new artists to join, so as to ramp up our team.  At what sites might you guys suggest going to make some posts and try to get some new artists on board?
