Here is the complete output when compiling. See the error at the end:

And this is what I did to fix it:

As you can see it is looking for cegui/lib/libCEGUIOpenGLRenderer.a in lib instead of lib64. The link fixes the issue.

Is it just a work-around? Yes. But it works.
