[tsc-devel] TSC small pipes

Hi everyone,

as you might have noticed, I’m not really available at the moment. On
the topic of the small pipes I just want to say that I don’t think their
replacements should just be smaller versions of the large pipes. They
are only rarely used and have no transportation function, hence I would
like to see them replaced with something different. This will also add
visual detail to the game.

I like sydney’s pneumatic tubes in this regard. Further feedback on that
follows later, when I have more time.
