I could see this in an underground level, but not in overworld levels that are currently using the Mario Vanilla Dome music.  Another option might just be to directly assign other replacements for those levels.
It's a bit confusing for musicians to replace this song, though, because when they go to replace Super Mario World underground Vanilla Dome music, they will likely produce an underground track.
