Hi everyone,

Luiji and me are proud to officially announce the General Discussion on
2015-03-21. Find the full text online (UTF-8-encoded text file if you
experience display problems):

It explains the entire precedure and contains the discussion
schedule. Please, tell me or Luiji if you want to speak on one of the
topics without being interrupted (see the announcement full text for
details), which we recognise is very important to outlining your view of
things. You should take this opportunity, because in open discussion
there will be frequent interruptions with everybody being there and
explaining and answering simultenously won’t work most of the time. You
can just post your intention on the ML or in the forums or email us
directly; in any case we’ll add you to the list of speakers in the full
announcement.

As explained, the full announcement text will be updated as more topics
are suggested or people indicate they want to have some time for
explanation. You might want to refresh the page thus from time to time
if your browser only serves you cached versions.
