This might warrant a note in the INSTALL.md file as I expect quite some
people will be unsure on why their boost is not found although they have
it installed.

This warning is always there if you don’t have a CEGUI 0.7.x available
on your machine. It only indicates that. The build system will now
instead resort to downloading and building CEGUI 0.7.9 itself statically
(which ought to be one of the next messages).

All fine, nobody expects you to work full-time on TSC. Please only drop
us a note if you intend to permanently stay away from the project (or
for a very long time), so we know that we can’t count on answers in the
tracker or elsewhere.
