[tsc-devel] FYI: TSC does not build with libxml++ 3.0.0

Hi,

a new major release of libxml++, version 3.0.0, has been
released[1]. TSC does not build with that version of libxml++, and until
there is a document that guides porting from 2.8.0 to 3.0.0 this will
probably not change. If anyone has a pointer for me to such a document,
please share it.

The release has already been in February, but it made it to my Gentoo
system only today, so before I didn't notice.
