I see this too. No tooltips appear anywhere. I however don't think this
is a CEGUI bug, but a miconfiguration of CEGUI on our side. Probably
tooltips need to be explicitely enabled somewhere since version 0.8.0 of
CEGUI (they worked fine before the CEGUI upgrade).
