I answer kirbyfan's question here, because, as Sydney correctly pointed
out, the thing belongs into its own (side)thread. Alexandria is a VPS
hosted with First-Root UG, Germany:
<https://www.first-root.com/>. However, Alexandria runs on a custom
(donated) plan that is not listed on their website. That is, the server
is sponsored and does not cost us anything. The CEO of First Root UG
(it's a small company) appears to like TSC as far as I can judge from
the conversations I had with him in their ticket system, and if there's
a bandwidth issue, I guess it is possible to talk it over.

And, please do not quote everything again and again :-)
