[tsc-devel] Desert Fortress Level Version 2

This is the latest version of the level, the same as the one I just
committed.

As of now, the level saving / loading is still broken for the blocks
activated by the switch.  It's minor, though it is also broken now in the
Desert Break In level.
I also would like to add secret areas.
