Hi,
yes I can maintain TSC project if it's Ok to you all.

It would be nice if Quintus can manage bank account and talk to sponsor if
it's needed, as I'm not familiar with those. I don't know is it required to
talk, and is it required for Quintus to get away from talking to sponsor
himself.

I hope we can keep current sponsor. If not, I can get other sponsor or host
the server myself.
