Hi everyone,

since nobody else than xet7 (Lauri Ojansivu) applied for the project
lead position, he can now assume the position.

Welcome the new project lead xet7!

I have granted him owner rights on GitHub, channel ops in
#secretchronicles, and admin rights on the forum. I have also given him
the information required for transferring the secretchronicles.de domain
to a registry of his choice.

As announced, I will stay with the project if it is at all feasable, but
I cannot guarantee I have much time available.
