Redmine is able to export some of its data in a number of formats,
though I have not yet tried it out. It also has a REST API that should
be usable to retrieve the contents of the issue tracker in
machine-readable format. Finally, Redmine can be hooked up to a
mailinglist, which I would like to do anyway as I am a person who
prefers answering as much by email as possible (which is probably known
by now).
