I have asserted in IRC that I can place a sentence or two regarding TSC
into my last will (damnit, a law student needs to try out
everything). This way, in the worst case, things can be cleaned up, if
there's someone who would be willing to take over my position in this
worst case scenario.

I promise I will not leave the project voluntaryly without a clean table
after me. That together with the above should take care of all relevant
problems. It would also be possible that I legally bind me to transfer
the domain to someone without any counterpayment, but under German law
such a promise requires official approval through a notary to work. The
costs for that would be around 50€-70€.

As of now, I think simply setting the nameservers for the
secretchronicles.de domain to xet7's is enough. This gives him practical
control over the domain while I retain the legal control. If everyone is
okay with that, I'm going to figure out the details of the deal with
xet7.
