Oh no, please no. Not again a switch in the discussion software. I have
chosen Mailman 3 for the very reason that it supports both a proper
email interface and a modern UI for web users. And, Mailman 3 will be
contained in Debian 10's repositories, making non-repo software
superflous: https://packages.debian.org/buster/mailman3

If you think managing alexandria is too difficult or too time-consuming
for you, I suggest that Sydney takes it over mostly. I am under the
impression that you're dealing with lots of cloud computing
distributions, whereas alexandria as a classical VPS requires a little
different approach than handling a cloud VM host machine.
