TSC 32bit installer also now works in ReactOS, but when I start TSC, there
is this same error popup. ReactOS is 32bit.

tsc.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetTickCount64 could not be located in the
dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
