[tsc-devel] Re: Release preparation 2.1.0

- I removed path additions of C:\msys64\... from Windows environment
settings and .profile
- I installed pkg-config and some xml packages more, although I think I
also previously installed some of them
- I deleted all from TSC/tsc/build directory
- I had installed all packages for both 32bit and 64bit, with originally
using msys2-64bit installer
- I rebooted Windows
- I did run on build directory: /mingw32/bin/cmake -G "MSYS Makefiles" ..
- after this makefiles were built correctly and it did build TSC.

I did upload 32bit installer to:
https://ftp.secretchronicles.org/alpha/

I will test does it work.
